Angus Council Payroll Mandate

 If you work for Angus Council then this is the form for you. Angus Council will deduct the amount you specify direct from your wages. Simply download this form fill it in and send it to us here at Angus Credit Union or hand in to one of the Access office surgeries and we will deal with it from there.

LOAN Application Form

  This is the form you need to fill in (as much as you can) before applying for a loan.

Share Withdrawal Form

This is the form you require to withdraw shares from your account.

Please note: If you have an outstanding loan you can only withdraw the total amount of shares that are greater than your outstanding loan balance.
